The Theo Dining Chair in Clove is fully upholstered down to the legs in 100% polyester, rated 50,000 on the Martindale scale. The seat sits at 470mm with the back 400mm above it. The fill is foam under a Dacron wrap.

Clove is a warm brown with red in it, closer to a spice than to chocolate, and it is one of the few mid-tones that works with both timber and black metal in the same room. It is dark enough to hide a dining room's daily wear without the flatness of a true black.

The wingback detail is subtle rather than literal: the back curves forward at the sides to give a little shoulder containment, and at 400mm above the seat it stops well short of head height. Fully upholstered legs continue the fabric to the floor, so the chair reads as a single soft volume. Foam with a Dacron wrap is the construction that keeps a seat edge soft; bare foam goes square where the leg presses against it.
