The Sidney Bay Sofa Chair in Eames Olive is 88cm wide, 71cm deep and 70cm high, fully upholstered with low arms. At 70cm high the back is low, so the chair does not block a sightline across a room. At 88cm wide it is a generous single seat.

A low back is what lets a chair sit in the middle of a room rather than against a wall. At 70cm this one reads as furniture from every side, which matters when it is floating beside a sofa rather than tucked in a corner.
At 88cm wide and 71cm deep it is wide and comparatively shallow, so it is comfortable to sit in upright and less suited to curling up. That is a fair trade for a chair that works in a tight room.
The caveat is the head. A 70cm back supports the shoulders and not the head, so it is right for an hour of conversation and wrong for falling asleep in.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
