Rupert Suar Wood Stool
The Rupert Stool is carved from solid Suar wood in a sculptural form and finished in black, measuring 40 x 40 x 50cm. It can be used as a stool, a side table beside a sofa or bed, or simply as an object. It arrives fully assembled.

Suar has a broad, open grain, and finishing it in black plays down the timber and plays up the shape. Up close you still read the grain. From across the room what you see is the silhouette.
At 50cm high it lands near seat height, so it holds a coffee cup or a stack of books at a sensible level next to a low sofa. The 40cm footprint lets it tuck into the corner of a bedroom or beside a reading chair without eating much floor. Because the form is carved by hand, each one comes out slightly different.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
