Qiang 120 Elm Wooden Stool
The Qiang Elm Stool in Natural is a small solid elm stool, turned from a single piece rather than assembled from parts. It works as a seat, a plant stand or a surface beside a chair. The grain runs through the whole piece, so no two are identical.

A stool turned from one piece of timber is a different object from one built from a top and legs. There is no joint to loosen, and the grain runs continuously through the seat and down the base, which is what makes each one look slightly different.
Elm has an open, wavy grain that reads more strongly than oak or ash, so this is a piece that draws the eye rather than receding. Beside a plain chair that works; in a room already full of pattern it competes.

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Use coasters and placemats to protect the surface from spills and heat. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve the natural finish.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
