At 162cm across, the queen is the version that suits a normal bedroom. A four poster needs clearance on all sides to read properly rather than looking wedged in, and the queen leaves that margin in rooms where the king simply would not.
The poles reach the same 200cm height as the larger version, which means the proportions change: a narrower bed with full-height posts reads taller and more vertical, closer to a canopy frame in feel. Some people prefer that; others want the broader, squarer look of the king. The headboard is solid reclaimed teak and carries the weight of the design, with the iron poles doing the framing above it. Salvaged timber, so grain and patches vary between beds.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
