The Pluto Oval Marble Coffee Table has a 34mm brown vein marble top on circular natural ash veneer legs. It measures 130cm by 60cm with 316mm of clearance underneath. It arrives fully assembled.

One hundred and thirty by sixty is a long narrow footprint, which is the shape a three-seater sofa actually wants. A square coffee table in front of a long sofa leaves dead space at both ends; this one follows the seating and keeps the walkway clear at the corners.

Circular legs are the Pluto signature and they do more than decorate. A round leg has no edge to catch a foot or a vacuum head, and under an oval top it repeats the curve rather than arguing with it. The marble is sealed in matt resin and the ash in PU, each material getting the finish that suits it. At 316mm the clearance is low, so this suits a deep sofa rather than an upright one.
