Noctis Table Lamp
This table lamp is 46cm square and 56cm high, moulded in fibreglass with a matte black finish and a rounded body. It weighs 8kg and takes a single E27 globe up to 40W. A hand-operated cord switch controls it.

Fibreglass at this scale gives a lamp a presence that a shaded lamp cannot. There is no shade at all: the body is the object, and the light works around it rather than through it, which makes this a mood piece rather than a task light.
Eight kilograms is the specification that makes that safe. A 56cm form with no ballast in the base would tip; this one has the mass distributed through the moulding, so it stays where it is put.
A warm globe is worth choosing deliberately here. Against a matte black body a cool white light reads as clinical, where a warm one softens the silhouette and gives the shape somewhere to fade into.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. A matte finish marks more readily than a gloss, so avoid solvent cleaners.

Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
