Mimi Barstool
The Mimi Barstool is 56cm wide, 57cm deep and 97cm high, with a contoured seat in a pepper-toned fabric. The seat measures 42cm square with a 35cm back above it, and the legs are powder-coated black steel. It arrives fully assembled.

The cut-out in the backrest is not only a shape. It breaks up what would otherwise be a solid panel at eye level, so a row of these across an island reads as a line of frames rather than a screen, which matters in an open-plan room where the kitchen is seen from the living area.
At 97cm overall this is the tallest stool in the range, and the height is in the back rather than the seat. It suits a bench at around 90cm, which the listing states, and gives real support behind the shoulders where a low-backed stool gives none.
A 42cm square seat is compact by design. It keeps the footprint small enough to tuck fully under a benchtop, which is the difference between a kitchen that can be walked through and one that cannot.

Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
