The detail behind the silhouette
Standard detergents are formulated for cotton and synthetics, and several of their common ingredients actively shorten the life of natural fibres. Optical brighteners coat the fabric, sulfates strip it, and bleach breaks it down, which is why good linen can look tired far sooner than it should.
This is built the other way around, using plant-based ingredients chosen to clean, replenish and preserve. The built-in softener means no second product, and it works across linen, bamboo, organic cotton and Tencel rather than only one fibre. Being pH neutral and biodegradable also makes it appropriate for anyone with sensitive skin or eczema, where residue from a standard detergent is often the culprit. Pair it with the Charmant mist to refresh and deodorise between washes.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
