The Leon Dining Table in Matt Black Oak seats up to ten, with a 40mm oak veneer top on oversized fluted pillars. The overhang is 295mm, the base 540mm across and the legs 1060mm apart. It ships knocked down.

Ten seats is a real claim on a 280cm table and the leg spacing supports it: 1060mm between the pillars at the ends is enough for a person at each end without meeting timber. That is the figure worth checking on any long table, because a table can be long enough on paper and unusable at the ends.
Matt black oak at this scale is a serious amount of dark surface, so the room needs light to carry it. What you gain is that the fluted pillars read entirely as form: with no grain contrast to distract, the vertical shadows on the base become the only detail, which is a stronger effect than the same legs in a pale finish. A demi-bullnose underside keeps the 40mm edge from being hard where you meet it.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
