The Leon Coffee Table in Natural Ash is a 100cm round veneer top on a quarter base, standing 32cm high. The top is 26mm thick with a demi-bullnose profile on the underside and clears 290mm beneath. The finish is protected with a PU sealer.

The piece
The detail behind the silhouette
A natural ash finish is the honest version of this table. Nothing is painted or toned, so the grain does the decorating, and what you see on delivery is the timber rather than a colour applied over it.
The edge detail repays a second look. A demi-bullnose worked into the underside rather than the top leaves a crisp line where you see it and a rounded one where your shin meets it, which is a more considered solution than rounding the whole edge over. At 290mm of clearance underneath there is room for a basket or a stack of books, and 100cm across is enough that a round table does not become a bottleneck in a busy lounge.
