Four hundred millimetres is a low seat and 630mm is a deep one, which together describe a chair built for reclining rather than for sitting upright. Combined with arms at only 560mm, the whole piece sits below the eye line of anyone standing, so it keeps a room feeling open in a way a high-backed chair cannot.
Firm foam is a deliberate choice against the feather and soft-foam alternatives elsewhere in this catalogue. A firm cushion at a low seat height is what makes the chair easy to get out of, which is the practical problem with low seating and one that soft filling makes worse. Bone is a warm off-white, the palest option in the range, so factor the 20,000 Martindale rating and pale colour together when deciding where it goes.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
