A chaise at one end and an arm at the other is an asymmetric plan, and asymmetry is what makes a room read as arranged rather than staged. The long side anchors one corner while the open end stays available to a chair or a side table, so the sofa gives the room a direction instead of sitting square in it.
Three modules arrive as three separate pieces with legs to fit, which is worth knowing before delivery day. The 2000mm chaise depth is the measurement to check against your hallway, not the 3970mm width. The frame is solid timber and plywood, the seat cushions are a soft profile rather than a firm one, and Globewest rate the fabric for medium commercial use at 20 to 40 hours a week.
