Mirrored configurations exist because rooms are not symmetrical. The right chaise version is not a variant of the left one, it is the answer to a different wall, and there is no price or quality difference between them.
One thing to note on this particular listing: Globewest publish no fibre composition for it, where they do for most of the range. We have left it blank rather than copy the figure from the matching left hand build, since the two are separate listings and we have not confirmed they are the same cloth. Ask us and we will check with the supplier.
