The chaise is where this sofa will actually be used, so it is worth putting it on the side of the room people gravitate to rather than the side that looks balanced on a floor plan. Balance is for photographs.
Two modules make it up and they arrive as two pieces, which matters at 2000mm of depth: nothing that deep comes through a standard doorway assembled. Three back scatter cushions are included. Nougat Speckle at 45,000 Martindale is the more forgiving of the two fabrics here, and the flecking does real work on a piece that gets lain on.
