The Elsie Bedside in Matt Dark Oak sets a matt white marble top over an oak veneer case, 70cm wide and 54cm high. Its single drawer measures 370mm wide, 280mm deep and 100mm high inside. The base stands 320mm off the floor.

Dark oak against white marble is the higher-contrast way to buy this bedside. The pale top reads as a distinct plane sitting above the case rather than blending into it, which suits a bedroom with strong architectural lines better than a soft tonal one.
The published internal drawer dimensions are worth using. At 100mm deep inside, the drawer takes a book, a charger and a pair of glasses lying flat, and it will not take a stacked pile of anything. That is honest information about what a bedside drawer actually holds, and more useful than the word spacious. A water-based sealer protects the veneer.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
