A metre square is a substantial coffee table, and squares at this scale need space around them to work. Given that room, the payoff is a table that serves a full seating group from every side without anyone reaching across a corner.
The relief surface matters more the larger the table gets. At a metre square, a plain teak top is a lot of undifferentiated timber; carved, the surface has enough happening across it to look considered whether styled or bare. Three legs under a top this size is a confident piece of construction, and it means the table sits flat on any floor. Reclaimed heritage teak, so the grain and tonal variation are inherent to the material rather than applied.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
