Most office chairs are engineering exercises in mesh and plastic. This one is furniture that happens to be used at a desk, which makes it a better fit for a study or a bedroom corner where a task chair would look industrial and out of place.
Be clear about what it is. It sits on four fixed angled legs rather than a gas lift and castors, so it is a chair for a few hours of writing or reading rather than a full working day at a screen. What it does offer is a genuinely durable fabric at 50,000 Martindale, described by the supplier as commercial grade, and a low back with curved arms that make it comfortable to sit sideways in. The spider legs angle outwards, which is where the stability comes from.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
