The Classique Oval Small Shelf Console in Fossil is an ash veneer console 100cm wide, just 26cm deep and 80cm high. An open shelf 76cm wide and 12.5cm high runs under the top, and it arrives assembled with an anchor kit for fixing it to the wall.

At 26cm deep, this is a console for the places a standard hall table will not go: a narrow entry, the wall behind a sofa, a landing at the top of the stairs. We also carry it in Natural Ash and Matt Dark Oak.
The shelf is sized for a row of books, a tray for keys or a pair of low baskets rather than bulky storage, and the console is rated to carry 20kg. It is graded for medium commercial use, so daily traffic in a busy hallway is well within what it is built for. Use the anchor kit it comes with; a console this slim belongs fixed to the wall.

Dust the console often, and when it needs more, wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it straight after. Deal with spills at once, and put a coaster, placemat or trivet under anything hot, wet or rough so the veneer is not marked. Keep it out of direct sun, and avoid heavy pressure on the surface, which can leave impressions.

Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order. Metro from $199, regional from $349. Some remote areas are quoted after you order. Decor ships by courier from $25, free on decor orders over $350.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 14 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
