Petrol is a deep blue-green, the colour of the sea on an overcast day, and it is the boldest way to buy this chair without going to black. It works best in a room with something warm in it, timber or brass, to stop the coolness taking over entirely.
This is the version where the frame is actually named: powder-coated iron, a heavier and more rigid structure than a fabric-covered leg. Powder coating also takes knocks against a table leg without marking the way an upholstered surface would. The seat is a genuine 460mm square with 445mm of depth, which is roomier than the compact external dimensions suggest.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
