A 650mm seat height is the standard for a kitchen bench rather than a bar, so measure your counter before ordering. The difference between bench and bar height is about 100mm and it is the single most common mistake made buying stools.
The footrest at 225mm is the specification people overlook and then live with. Feet unsupported on a stool at this height is what makes people fidget, and a rail at the wrong height is nearly as bad as none. Linen grey is a colour name on a polyurethane surface rather than a fibre; it wipes rather than washes, which around a kitchen bench is the right property. The black iron frame is visible rather than upholstered, which is what keeps the stool looking light under a bench.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
