The detail behind the silhouette
Sunproof olefin is a named fabric rather than a generic outdoor cloth, and olefin resists ultraviolet light at the fibre itself rather than through a surface coating. That is the difference between a cushion that keeps its colour and one that fades once a treatment wears off.
Galvanised steel under the powdercoat is the second specification that matters. Galvanising puts a zinc layer on the steel before the colour goes on, so a chip in the coating is cosmetic rather than the start of rust. The sleigh form leaves that frame visible as a line, which is what keeps the chair looking light despite a full-size seat. Removable covers mean the pale Snow cushion can be washed rather than replaced.
