The Benjamin Ripple Oval Dining Table in Black is the long version of the range at 280cm by 110cm. Two ripple-textured pillar bases hold an oval top in a matt black finish. It seats 8 to 10.

Black is the harder finish to place and the more rewarding when it works. A dark oval reads as a single solid shape in a room, so it needs either space around it or a deliberately light setting above and below it, a pale rug and a bright pendant, to avoid becoming a hole in the middle of the floor.
The compensation is that the ripple bases are at their most legible in black. Texture is read through shadow, and a matt dark finish gives the deepest contrast between the raised and recessed parts of the pattern, so the detail that is subtle on the timber colourways becomes the most obvious thing about this one.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
