Terrazzo is chips of stone set into a binder, which means the pattern is decided by where those chips happen to fall. No two frames come out the same, and that is genuinely true here rather than a marketing line.
A patterned frame asks something of the photograph inside it. Busy images can fight the fleck, whereas a simple portrait or a black and white print sits comfortably against it. Terrazzo also brings weight, so the frame stands securely on a mantel without the backwards lean cheap frames develop. It makes a reasonable gift for the same reason it works at home, since the frame itself is the considered part and the recipient supplies the photograph.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
