The Aspen Club Sofa Chair in Lagoon is upholstered in 100% acrylic melange with removable covers, on a powdercoated aluminium frame. The back stands 720mm high with arms at 620mm. Cushions are foam wrapped in a waterproof layer.

Removable covers are the feature to notice. Most outdoor upholstery is fixed, which means a stain is permanent and a full cushion has to be replaced; covers that come off can be washed, and eventually recovered, which changes how long the chair stays presentable.
The waterproof wrap around the foam is the other half of that system. Outdoor cushions fail when water gets into the core and stays there, so wrapping the foam before covering it is what stops a cushion going sour after a wet week. Acrylic melange resists fading at the fibre, and aluminium does not rust, so the three parts of this chair are specified consistently for weather rather than one good component carrying two weak ones.

White glove delivery
Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
