Biku Click & Collect: Your Collection Journey

1. Shop Your Way

Select 'Click & Collect' at checkout to skip the delivery wait. We will process your payment within 24 hours of your online purchase.

2. Wait for Your Notification Once your items are meticulously prepared, we will notify you via email or SMS. This notification will specify your Collection Point:

• Southport Showroom: For boutique homewares and smaller furniture pieces.
• Central Warehouse: For our larger, high-end statement pieces that require specialized handling.

3. Book Your Time Slot To ensure your "Biku Journey" is seamless and supported, all collections are by appointment only.

• The 24-Hour Rule: For furniture or bulky items, please notify the store at least 24 hours in advance.
• Saturdays: Weekend collections are available by prior arrangement to ensure our team is ready for you.

4. The 7-Day Window We ask that you collect your "Biku finds" within 7 days of receiving your notification. If you need a little more time, please chat with us so we can manage our showroom floor space holistically.

5. Safety & Heavy Lifting (Your Responsibility)

We want your new pieces to arrive home safely. Because many of our items are solid and singular units weighing up to 200kg, the following rules apply for your protection:

• No Staff Assistance: For safety and insurance reasons, Biku staff are not authorised to assist with lifting, loading, or vehicle packing.
• The "Bring a Friend" Rule: Please ensure you bring an adequate number of people (at least two for heavy items) and your own protective blankets and tie-downs.
• Risk & Acceptance: Once your items are loaded into your vehicle, they are deemed 'Accepted in Good Condition'
