Biku Deliveries: Your Journey Home

At Biku Living & Design, we partner with specialized third-party removalists to ensure your high-end pieces are handled with the care they deserve. Because we use professional furniture freighters rather than standard parcel couriers, our communication process is personalized.

1. The Timeline & Your Delivery Window

  • Processing: We meticulously pack and process your order at our Southport warehouse within 3–7 business days.
  • Booking Your Window: Once your order is booked with our removalist partners, the Biku team will contact you directly via email and/or SMS to provide your scheduled delivery window.
  • No Live Tracking: Please note that as we utilize specialized furniture removalists, live digital tracking is not available. We provide your confirmed booking window to ensure you are prepared for your arrival.
  • Transit: Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days after leaving our warehouse, depending on your location.

2. The "Fit & Access" Check (Essential!)

Many of our pieces are solid, singular units weighing up to 200kg or more. Before your delivery day, please ensure:

  • Measurements: Check that doorways, halls, and lifts are wide enough for your specific piece.
  • The Ground Floor Rule: Standard service is to the ground floor front door only. If the item cannot fit in a lift or access is unsafe, the removalists will deliver to the ground floor.

3. Once Your Furniture Arrives

  • Signature Required: A signature is required upon receipt to ensure your furniture reaches the correct hands.
  • The 72-Hour Inspection: Please unwrap and inspect your goods within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Reporting: If you notice any transit damage, please email clear photos to hello@biku.com.au within that 72-hour window so we can work collaboratively with you on a solution.

4. Assembly & Packaging

  • Standard Delivery: Most Biku items arrive as one piece.
  • Additional Services: If you require on-site assembly (for items like dining tables) or packaging removal, these are extra services that must be arranged and paid for directly with the third-party removalist.
