Refund Policy: Online 14-Day Peace of Mind Returns
At Biku Living & Design, we want you to feel nurtured and supported in your purchase. For our online community, we offer a 14-Day Peace of Mind return period to ensure your new piece sits perfectly in your home.
Returns Terms & Conditions
- Online Only: This policy is exclusively applicable to "Buy Now" retail orders placed via www.biku.com.au.
- The Window: Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of the date you received your goods. Biku Living & Design does not accept change-of-mind returns after this 14-day period.
- Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items): This policy strictly excludes the following:
- Special Orders & Pre-Orders: Any item specifically procured for you from our factories or wholesalers once the 48-hour cooling-off period has passed.
- Order Now Items: Items drop-shipped or ordered specifically for your project.
- Sale & Clearance: Any items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," "Floor Stock," or "End of Range."
- Hygiene Items: Bedding, pillows, and mattresses.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in "as new" saleable condition. This means the item must be unused, unassembled, and unlaundered. Please ensure all original product tags remain attached and the item is secured in its original packaging. Biku reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
- Resolution: Approved returns are issued an Online Coupon Code (Store Credit) for the total value of the goods. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for change-of-mind returns.
- Freight & Costs:
- Non-Refundable: Original freight and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return Freight: The cost and arrangement of return shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Deduction of "Free Shipping": If your original order included "Free Shipping," the actual cost Biku incurred to ship the item to you will be deducted from your final Store Credit.
- Insurance & Risk: The item remains your responsibility until it is received and signed for at our warehouse. We strongly recommend purchasing transport insurance for your return. If the item arrives damaged, we cannot issue a credit.
How to Action Your Return
1. Complete the Online Form You must lodge your request via our Online Purchases Return Form. Ensure all details, including your Order Number and Reason for Return, are accurate.
2. Wait for Authorisation Our team will review your request. Please do not send items back until you have received formal authorisation, as incorrect information may cause a delay or refusal of your request.
3. Post Your Item Once authorised, please ship your item to the following address:

4. Review & Credit Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the goods (this process typically takes 7 working days). Upon approval, your Online Coupon Code will be emailed to you. Coupon codes are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
