Promotional Terms and Conditions: Up to 40% Off Selected Items

1. The Offer & Tiered Discounts

From Friday, 29 May 2026 to Tuesday, 30 June 2026, Biku Living & Design is running the "Up to 40% Off Selected Items" promotion. Discounts are applied as marked in-store and online across three tiers:

• 40% Discount (As Ticketed): Applies strictly to designated showroom floor stock items and selected "Pre-Order Now" items, as indicated by promotional price tickets.
• Weekly Rotating Special (29 May – 4 June 2026): Take 30% off all Rugs (both Indoor and Outdoor ranges). This specific event expires at close of business on Thursday, 4 June 2026.
• 20% Storewide Discount: Applies to the rest of the store on all other eligible, non-excluded categories.

2. Delivery & Freight Parameters

• 20% Off Items: Our standard showroom delivery practices apply.
• 30% & 40% Off Items: Due to the high discount margins on these ticketed floor stock, pre-order items, and weekly rug specials, local delivery fees are external to the discount and must be added directly to the invoice at the point of sale.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

The following brands and services are strictly excluded from all promotional discounts:

• Service Limitation: This promotion applies to Showroom & Online retail sales only. It does not extend to items sourced, specified, or purchased through our Interior Design Service.
• Excluded Brands: All products from Ethnicraft, Tolv, Sketch, and Natadora.
• Order Types: Custom orders, trade/contract pricing, and historical orders or lay-bys placed prior to 29 May 2026.

4. Price Protection Policy

If you purchased a full-priced item within the 7 days prior to the start of this sale (22 May 2026 – 28 May 2026), you are eligible for a Store Credit for the price difference.

• Original Purchase Date: Eligibility is strictly based on the original date of purchase.
• Exchanges: If an item was exchanged or swapped during the 7-day lead-up for a purchase made prior to 22 May, it is not eligible for this price protection credit.
• Claim Period: To claim your credit, you must notify us within the first week of the promotion. The final date to lodge a claim for this round is 5 June 2026.

5. Consumer Guarantees & Business Rights

• ACL Compliance: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty items or major failures.
• Change of Mind: Under the ACL, Biku Living & Design is not required to provide a refund or replacement for "change of mind" on sale items.
• Errors & Corrections: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale in the event of pricing, labelling, or system errors.
• Promotion Withdrawal: We reserve the right to amend, alter, or withdraw weekly rotations or the overall promotion at any time without notice.

6. Payment Conditions

• Eligible Methods: Valid for Cash, EFTPOS, Major Credit/Debit Cards, Afterpay, or Zip Pay.
• Ineligible Methods: Payments made using Zip Money or Humm are not eligible for promotional pricing.
