Promotion Period: From Monday, 2nd June 2025 to Sunday, 15th June 2025

Applies To: Eligible stock displayed on the showroom floor or presented online

1. Promotional Overview

1.1. During the promotion period, Biku Furniture & Homewares offers the following discounts on eligible products:

• 50% off all dBodhi branded furniture and décor items.
• 20% off all eligible homewares, décor, lighting, rugs, mirrors, and wall art.

1.2. The promotion is available to both in-store and online customers and applies only to items that are:

• Displayed on the showroom floor at the time of purchase, or
• Listed as available for immediate purchase on the Biku website.

2. Eligibility and Scope

2.1. The promotional pricing applies only to:

• In-stock items as identified by Biku’s inventory system, and
• Items ordered from current stock ranges already displayed in-store or online, excluding custom or made-to-order items.

2.2. Promotional pricing does not apply to any product or service that is:

• Not physically displayed in the showroom or listed on the website during the promotional period,
• Subject to separate contract or trade pricing arrangements.

3. Exclusions

3.1. Items that are not included in this promotion are clearly marked with a yellow dot in-store.

3.2. Excluded categories include, but are not limited to:

• Clearance items or products already discounted prior to the promotion,
• Products sourced under Biku’s trade supplier arrangements,
• Custom orders, backorders, lay-bys, or any made-to-order goods,
• Interior decorating services and associated ordered products.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Promotional pricing is available only for transactions settled via:

• Cash,
• EFTPOS, or
• Major credit/debit cards.

4.2. The following payment types are excluded from the promotion:

• Buy-now-pay-later platforms, including but not limited to Afterpay and Zip Pay,
• Store credit applied toward excluded products.

5. Delivery and Collection

5.1. Delivery or collection must occur within the following timeframes:

• Within 72 hours of purchase for in-stock showroom items,
• Within 72 hours of arrival for ordered-in items (excluding custom).

5.2. Freight and delivery charges are not included in the promotional pricing and are payable separately.

6. Final Sale and Returns

6.1. All purchases made under this promotion are considered final sale.

6.2. Change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted under this promotional offer.

7. Consumer Guarantees

7.1. These terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7.2. Customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:

• Faulty,
• Misrepresented, or
• Not of acceptable quality in accordance with the ACL.

8. Reservation of Rights

8.1. Biku Furniture & Homewares reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel a sale in the event of a pricing error, product mislabelling, or promotional misuse,
• Amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
