1. THE OFFER

1.1 From Saturday 5 September 2026 to Sunday 4 October 2026, 25% off the recommended retail price of eligible pieces.

1.2 The offer applies online at biku.com.au and in our Southport showroom.

1.3 Online, the discount is shown on the product page and applied at checkout. No code is needed.

1.4 In the showroom, the offer applies to floor stock on display, in-stock items, and direct size or colour variations of a displayed piece available through our suppliers.

1.5 Discounts are calculated on the recommended retail price and are not combinable with any other offer, discount code, trade discount or negotiated price.

2. WHAT IS EXCLUDED

The following are not part of this promotion and remain at standard price:

2.1 Australian-made upholstery. Australian-made sofas, bedheads and bed bases.

2.2 Original artwork. Original pieces are excluded. Prints and reproductions are eligible.

2.3 Partner brands. Ethnicraft, Tolv, Sketch and Natadora.

2.4 Interior design projects. Pieces sourced, specified or purchased through our Interior Design Service. This promotion is for standard retail sales, online and in the showroom.

2.5 Samples and references. Rug samples, fabric and leather swatches, timber samples and design references.

2.6 Custom and trade. Custom orders, trade and contract pricing.

2.7 Earlier orders. Orders, lay-bys and deposits placed before 5 September 2026.

2.8 Gift cards. Not sold.

3. DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

3.1 Delivery and freight are not discounted and are not included in the promotional price.

3.2 Online, freight is calculated at checkout on the size, weight and destination of your order.

3.3 In the showroom, delivery is quoted and added to your invoice where you ask for it.

3.4 Our Shipping and Delivery policy applies in full.

4. ORDERING, CANCELLING AND RETURNS

4.1 Sale pieces are ordered in the same way as any other. Most are made or brought in for you.

4.2 Cancellation. You may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, and only if the piece has not yet left the supplier's or maker's warehouse. After 48 hours, or once the piece has been despatched, the order cannot be cancelled. This is the same rule that applies to every order. Part 4 of our Terms of Sale sets it out.

4.3 No change of mind. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits because a piece does not suit your space or is no longer wanted. This applies to sale pieces as it does to everything else.

4.4 Your legal rights are unaffected. A sale price does not reduce them.

5. CONSUMER GUARANTEES

5.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5.2 These guarantees apply in full to sale pieces. If something is wrong with a piece you bought on sale, contact us and we will handle it. Our Warranty, Returns and Refunds policy applies.

5.3 Where a piece is sold as a floor sample, a second, or with a noted fault, we will tell you what that fault is before you buy and it is not covered.

6. PAYMENT

6.1 Online. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay.

6.2 In the showroom. Cash, EFTPOS, major credit and debit cards, Afterpay and Zip Pay.

6.3 Not eligible for promotional pricing. Zip Money and Humm.

7. GENERAL

7.1 Errors. We may refuse or cancel a sale where there has been a pricing, labelling or system error, and will refund you in full.

7.2 Changes to the promotion. We may amend, shorten or withdraw this promotion at any time. Orders already placed and accepted are not affected.

7.3 Our other terms apply. Our Terms of Sale, Shipping and Delivery, Warranty, Returns and Refunds, and Privacy Policy apply to sale purchases in full. Where they conflict with these promotional terms, these promotional terms govern the discount only; everything else is governed by those documents.
