Promotion Overview 

Biku Furniture & Homewares is offering up to 40% off storewide across eligible floor stock and online-displayed items during a limited-time Weekend Promotion, valid Saturday 17 May and Sunday 18 May 2025 only. The promotion applies only to stock available on the showroom floor or listed online and is subject to the following terms. 

Terms and Conditions 

1. Promotion Scope 
   1. The discount applies to eligible furniture and homewares on the showroom floor or available for immediate sale online. 
   2. Discounts may vary, up to a maximum of 40% off the regular retail price. 
2. Exclusions 
   1. Items not included in the promotion will be clearly marked with a yellow dot on the showroom floor. 
   2. Fabrics, unless sold as part of a complete sofa package, are excluded. 
   3. Interior decorating services and products ordered in through those services are excluded. 
   4. Items already marked down in-store or online are excluded. 
   5. Custom orders, lay-bys, and backorders are excluded. 
3. Personal Shopping 
   1. Customers purchasing through personal shopping appointments may access the promotion only when purchasing in-stock floor items. 
   2. Any products ordered in through the personal shopping service are not eligible for the discount. 
4. Clearance and Collection Requirements 
   1. For in-stock items, collection or delivery must occur within 72 hours of purchase. 
   2. For ordered-in stock (non-custom) included in the promotion, collection or delivery must occur within 72 hours of arrival at Biku. 
   3. Floor stock is sold as-is; customers are encouraged to inspect items before purchase. 
   4. All promotional sales are final – no exchanges or change-of-mind returns will be accepted. 
5. Freight and Service Fees 
   1. Freight/delivery charges are not included in the promotional discount and are payable separately. 
   2. Services such as interior styling, delivery coordination, and decorating are also excluded from this promotional pricing. 
6. Reservation of Rights 
   1. Biku reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale in cases of pricing errors, mislabelled items, or clear inconsistencies in promotional display online or in-store. 
   2. The promotion is subject to availability and may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time. 
7. Consumer Law Protections 
   1. These terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You remain entitled to remedies for products that are faulty, misrepresented, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards. 
8. Payment Methods 
   1. Accepted payment options include credit card, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. 
9. Uniform Offer 
   1. The promotion applies consistently across in-store and online platforms, subject to exclusions and stock availability.
