PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotional Offers
   During the promotional period from Friday, 4 July 2025 to Sunday, 27 July 2025, the following discounts apply in-store:
   20% off storewide on all eligible items.
   Up to 90% off selected clearance items, as marked.
   These promotional prices apply only to products displayed on the showroom floor at the time of purchase.
2. Exclusions
   The following items are excluded from this promotion: any item marked with a yellow dot on its price tag or signage, products from the brands Ethnicraft, Tolv, and Sketch, items already discounted or on clearance (except those specifically included in the 90% clearance sale), products sold through trade pricing or contract arrangements, custom orders, lay-bys, backorders, and made-to-order items, interior decorating services and associated ordered products, freight, shipping, and delivery services (charged separately), and purchases made using buy-now-pay-later platforms including Afterpay and Zip Pay.
3. Payment Conditions
   Promotional pricing is valid only when payment is made by cash, EFTPOS, or major credit or debit cards. Buy-now-pay-later platforms (e.g. Afterpay, Zip Pay) are not eligible for use with promotional discounts.
4. Delivery & Collection
   All in-stock items must be collected or delivered within 72 hours of purchase. Ordered-in promotional items (non-custom only) must be collected within 72 hours of arrival at Biku. Freight and delivery charges are not included in promotional pricing and must be paid separately.
5. Final Sale Terms
   All clearance items marked with discounts above 50% off (including up to 90%) are strictly final sale: no returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds will be accepted on these products.
   For all other promotional purchases, standard change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted under this offer. All promotional sales are final.
6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
   These promotional terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards, regardless of any promotional discount.
7. Right to Amend or Cancel
   Biku Furniture & Homewares reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale in the event of pricing, labelling, or system errors, and to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time, subject to stock availability.
