EOFY Special: Free Interior Decorating Services Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Name: This promotion is called the "EOFY Special: Free Interior Decorating Services."
2. Availability: Limited to 3 participants. Additional applicants may be placed on a waiting list or considered based on availability.
3. Eligibility: This promotion is available to new and existing customers.
4. Product Purchases: All products must be purchased from one of our 200+ wholesale suppliers.
5. Retail Purchases: We will not be able to make comments on purchases from other retailers. Any retail purchases must be made independently by you.
6. Design Services: We will create a 3D model and concept board for you at no cost.
7. Supplier Discounts: You can receive up to a 20% discount from any of our 200 wholesale suppliers.
8. Scope of Services: We can assist with furniture, large decor, and accessories, all of which must be purchased through us. If you have existing furniture, we will ensure the new products suit your style.
9. Exclusions: This promotion excludes property staging, any installation and onsite decorating, designer for a day, hardware & colour selections, interior design, onsite visits, and vision boards.
10. Freight Charges: All freight charges from Biku to your property will be your responsibility and are not included in the pricing. Third-party removalists will be organized on your behalf, but Biku has no affiliation with and bears no responsibility for these companies.
11. Cooling-Off Period: Once all orders are placed, you have a 48-hour cooling-off period. After this period, the order cannot be canceled.
12. Revision Policy: We will have scheduled time to complete your design. Once completed, you will be allowed one revision.
13. Custom Work: If any custom work is required, additional charges may apply.
14. Non-Wholesale Sources: If we find a product from a source that is not a wholesaler, we reserve the right not to disclose the supplier and to add a margin to the product.
15. Promotion End Date: This offer finishes on June 30th at 11:59 PM.
16. Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any projects at any time if we feel you are not the right fit for this promotion.
17. Non-Transferable: This promotion is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who signed up.
18. Liability: Biku Furniture & Homewares is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the promotion.
19. Force Majeure: Biku Furniture & Homewares is not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or other major events.
20. Modification Rights: Biku Furniture & Homewares reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
21. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
