1. This offer only applies to customers that have been referred by a Biku Real Estate partner after purchasing a property.
2. 20% off applies to the full RRP of all homewares and does not include goods already discounted.
3. 20% off homewares offer is valid for 6 weeks after settlement date.
4. 10% off applies to the full RRP of all furniture and does not include goods already discounted.
5. 10% off furniture offer is valid for 6 weeks after settlement date.
6. To claim the offer customers can use the codes online (in an individual sale - codes cannot be combined) at www.biku.com.au or by showing your code email to staff in-store at Biku Furniture & Homewares, 54 Bundall Road, QLD, 4217.
7. Special Orders delivery normally take between 10-14 weeks. Biku Furniture and Homewares cannot guarantee or give ETA’s on Special Orders arrival times due to the uncertainty of overseas shipping companies availability to get the Goods to Australia due to Covid-19 backlogs. 
8. Special Orders will be Non-Refundable after the 48-hour cooling off period.
9. Discounts are not applicable to any deliveries and services provided by Biku
10. Special Orders & Sales discount may exclude suppliers at the discretion of the Directors of Biku Furniture and Homewares.
