Returns & Exchanges
1. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us in it's original "new and unused" condition within 48 hours of the goods being purchased or dispatched. New and unused means, all original tags attached and items unworn and unsoiled.
2. If returned in 48 hours and in new condition you will be able to exchange your product or receive a credit note.
3. You must provide us with reasonable proof of purchase to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you have purchased from us. Proof of purchase includes:
i. tax Invoice.
ii. receipt or delivery note for online purchases. Unfortunately, a confirmation email is not sufficient.
iii. finance documentation.
4. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements
5. Please note that all sale Goods or Promotional Goods are non exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty
6. Non-returnable items excluded from any cooling off period include:
i. Bedding, Pillows & Cushions
ii. Sofa covers & Fabrics
iii. Goods on sale or promotion including sold "As is"
iv. Gift Card & Vouchers
